PCT's are liaisons between various department staff members (clinical, administration, nursing) and patients.
The PCT's maintain a safe environment by effectively directing, monitoring, assessing and reporting patient behavior.
To be successful in this role you need to be able to adapt to a variety of changing situations and conditions in a manner that is professional, respectful, and caring to our patients.

Liaison between the clinical, administration, nursing staff, and patients while maintaining an environment which provides safety, ethical practices.
The Patient Care Technician will be required to effectively direct, monitor, assess and report patient behavior.
Must be able to maintain a safe environment responding to a variety of changing situations and conditions.
Always treat patients with respect, dignity, compassion and caring.
Supervising patients to ensure compliance with program rules and schedule, interactions with each other during structured and/or unstructured activities.
Ensure rooms are clean throughout the facility and assignments are completed in timely and proper manner.
Assist in serving meals when needed.
Document groups, shift activities, individual recovery aide notes, and other pertinent information.

or knowledge of addiction and recovery.
Have a working knowledge of AA/NA philosophy as well as basic recovery principles.
